By accessing or using the TrulyYoursTravel.com website, engaging our travel services, or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Truly Yours Travel.

These Terms of Service govern your relationship with Truly Yours Travel, a travel planning and concierge services company operating under the trade name TrulyYoursTravel.com. References in these Terms to "we," "us," "our," or "the Company" refer to Truly Yours Travel.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older who are U.S. residents. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Use of Services

TrulyYoursTravel.com provides personalized travel planning, itinerary design, booking facilitation, and travel concierge services. Our website and services are offered for personal, non-commercial use only.

Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our website — including destination descriptions, pricing, and availability — is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel bookings made on the basis of erroneous pricing or availability, with full refunds issued where applicable.

Bookings & Payments

Travel Arrangements

Truly Yours Travel acts as a travel agent and consultant, facilitating bookings with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and full or partial payment is received. Service fees charged by Truly Yours Travel are separate from supplier costs and will be disclosed before booking.

Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount due. All payment data is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. We can provide information about insurance options upon request. Truly Yours Travel is not responsible for losses that travel insurance would typically cover.

Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and booking type. Cancellation fees may apply and some bookings may be non-refundable. Applicable terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to supplier processing timelines and may take 4–8 weeks.

Supplier-Initiated Cancellations

If a supplier cancels or significantly changes a service, we will work diligently to find suitable alternatives or facilitate a refund. Truly Yours Travel is not financially responsible for refunds owed by third-party suppliers.

Service Fees

Planning and consulting fees paid to Truly Yours Travel are generally non-refundable, as they compensate for time and expertise already rendered. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, acts of terrorism, or strikes.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to all SMS text messaging communications between Truly Yours Travel (TrulyYoursTravel.com) and users who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Operator

The SMS messaging program described in these Terms is operated solely by Truly Yours Travel, doing business as TrulyYoursTravel.com. By opting in, you are consenting to receive text messages from Truly Yours Travel only. We will never send messages on behalf of any other company without your separate, explicit consent.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

When you opt in, Truly Yours Travel may send you the following categories of text messages:

  • Booking Confirmations & Receipts — Reservation confirmations, payment receipts, and itinerary details.
  • Travel Reminders & Alerts — Pre-departure reminders, check-in notifications, and time-sensitive travel updates relevant to your trip.
  • Service Updates — Flight changes, hotel modifications, schedule adjustments, or other changes affecting your arrangements.
  • Travel Advisories — Weather alerts, safety notices, and destination-specific guidance.
  • Promotional Offers — Exclusive deals, seasonal promotions, and travel inspiration (sent only with your explicit consent, no more than 4 times per month).
  • Customer Support Replies — Responses to inquiries you initiate by text.
Message Frequency

How Often Will You Hear From Us?

Message frequency varies based on your travel activity and the types of messages you have consented to receive.

  • Transactional & service messages are sent on an as-needed basis — typically more frequently in the days before and during your trip.
  • Promotional messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.
  • Overall message volume may increase around your departure date and during active travel.
Message & Data Rates

Potential Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive from us. Truly Yours Travel does not charge a separate fee for SMS communications. Please check your wireless plan for details on applicable rates.

How to Opt In

You may consent to receive SMS messages from Truly Yours Travel in the following ways:

  • Checking the SMS opt-in box on our website booking or contact form.
  • Texting JOIN to our designated number.
  • Providing written or verbal consent to one of our travel consultants.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from Truly Yours Travel.

Opt-Out & Help

Stopping Messages & Getting Help

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any text message to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance and our contact information.
  • Email us at privacy@trulyyourstravel.com to request removal.

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in. Note that opting out of promotional messages does not cancel transactional messages tied to active bookings unless full removal is requested.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Truly Yours Travel and participating wireless carriers assume no responsibility for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may be affected by your carrier, device, or signal coverage.

SMS messaging is available through major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Availability may vary by carrier.

SMS & Your Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS consent status are stored securely and used solely to operate this messaging program. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number may be shared with SMS platform providers solely to facilitate message delivery on our behalf.

User Conduct

When using TrulyYoursTravel.com, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any booking or account.
  • Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, systems, or data.
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any of our communications channels.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect information from our website without written consent.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content from our website without prior written permission.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services. We reserve the right to report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

Third-Party Suppliers

Truly Yours Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers. We are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, tours, or other travel services and are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any such suppliers, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages resulting from them.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Truly Yours Travel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Truly Yours Travel is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

You agree that any claims shall be brought on an individual basis, and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
